Reyna Biyo grew up in Baguio, Philippines where she received a degree in Industrial Engineering. While in the Philippines, she worked as a Software Quality Engineer for Fujitsu Ten Solutions Inc. Here, she honed her communication skills, having learned Japanese as her third language to effectively communicate with her team. For more than 5 years, she worked alongside IT professionals and became the Administrator for Quality Control, enabling her to expand her knowledge in quality assurance and operations.
In 2011, Reyna was inspired while planning her own wedding and unearthed her passion for events. In 2016, she moved to the United States to shift her career focus from the world of Technology to the world of Special Events. Today, she blends her talents and knowledge with her dedicated approach to design and detail at Cosmopolitan Events.
Before devoting herself to Cosmopolitan Events, Reyna worked at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark where she cultivated her skills. There, she developed her career in hospitality as a client liaison and took on many leadership roles. Her detailed demeanor led her to receive awards and accolades having built a reputation as one of the most valuable employees of the company.
At Cosmopolitan Events, she melds her life purpose and meaning into her work while assisting with events, with a special place in her heart for non-profit organizations. She is vested in humanitarian efforts and recently implemented her first fundraising campaign to help a remote community in the Philippines that was devastated by a hurricane. Reyna brings an added layer of compassion and commitment to Cosmopolitan Events, ensuring that every aspect of the planning process is met with care. Reyna lives in St. Louis with her husband Francis as they raise their beautiful daughter, Aedi. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors, museums, and everything our city has to offer.
